Grilling with Berkhof
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Lobster is a type of shellfish that is highly valued as a food delicacy in many parts of the world. Lobsters are characterized by their hard, protective exoskeleton, their two large claws, and their long, segmented tail. Lobsters are considered a luxury food item and can be quite expensive, especially the larger and more rare species. They are also a good source of protein and several important vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin B12, selenium, and zinc.
